Cal destacar que, tot i que hi ha hagut una gran tend\u00e8ncia a les organitzacions a eliminar nivells de jerarquia (per exemple, mitjan\u00e7ant la gesti\u00f3 Lean), moltes organitzacions encara funcionen de manera extremadament jer\u00e0rquica, potser perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica manera que ens permet als humans. entendre la seva estructura des de dins i des de l&#8217;exterior, i dividir i resoldre les responsabilitats de manera raonable i escalable.<\/p><p>El dia a dia d&#8217;un executiu de nivell C \u00e9s molt complex. La seva activitat \u00e9s multidisciplin\u00e0ria, que requereix un ampli ventall de compet\u00e8ncies. En molts casos, algunes d&#8217;aquestes habilitats nom\u00e9s es poden adquirir amb anys de formaci\u00f3. Malgrat el seu alt nivell de preparaci\u00f3, les organitzacions proporcionen als directius, independentment del seu lloc en la jerarquia de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, un equip que els ajuda en la implementaci\u00f3 dels objectius que se&#8217;ls han donat. Mireu la combinaci\u00f3 guanyadora, en principi, d&#8217;aquestes &#8220;illes de productivitat&#8221; dins de la jerarquia global: una persona altament qualificada al capdavant d&#8217;un equip multidisciplinari i qualificat, amb persones que, de manera recursiva, quan la tasca \u00e9s complexa, tenen un equip per ajudar-los&#8230; Qu\u00e8 pot sortir malament?<\/p><p>El cert \u00e9s que sovint, i m\u00e9s sovint del que voldrien admetre, aquests equips altament qualificats no aconsegueixen els objectius marcats per l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. En aquest article veurem com la digitalitzaci\u00f3 dels processos ajuda a les persones de les organitzacions a dedicar m\u00e9s temps a assolir els seus objectius, el gran repte que representa la digitalitzaci\u00f3 per a les petites i mitjanes empreses i com la tecnologia pot pal\u00b7liar aquest repte.<\/p><h3>Petites i mitjanes empreses<\/h3><p>Deixem per un moment el context de les grans organitzacions, i mirem ara la mateixa situaci\u00f3 per a les Petites i Mitjanes Empreses (PIME): en general, aquestes empreses poden tenir entre 1 i 250 treballadors, per\u00f2 en realitat la majoria estan m\u00e9s a prop del extrem inferior del rang. A Europa, el 93% de les empreses s\u00f3n pimes amb menys de 10 treballadors.<\/p><p>\u00c9s evident que la jerarquia en aquest tipus d&#8217;empreses \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s plana i, per tant, realment no existeixen illes de productivitat: els objectius se solen establir en equips molt redu\u00efts; gaireb\u00e9 sempre, una sola persona \u00e9s responsable d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;objectius. D&#8217;altra banda, mentre que en el context de les grans organitzacions, com ja hem vist, els professionals s\u00f3n altament formats i qualificats, aquest no \u00e9s el cas de les pimes: un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.ac.uk\/business\/knowledge-hub\/whitepapers-reports\/skills-for-success\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estudi recent<\/a> mostra que la majoria de les pimes operen amb personal que t\u00e9 poques compet\u00e8ncies, la majoria sobretot la manca de compet\u00e8ncies tecnol\u00f2giques.<\/p><h3>Interoperabilitat del programari a les organitzacions.<\/h3><p>L&#8217;heterogene\u00eftat del programari a les organitzacions tampoc ho posa f\u00e0cil. Sovint, el professional (ja sigui en una gran organitzaci\u00f3 o en una PIME) est\u00e0 operant en un ecosistema de programari molt complex que no \u00e9s gens interoperable, amb solucions de programari per a processos espec\u00edfics (per exemple, CRM de gesti\u00f3 de relacions amb els clients) que busquen bloquejar el client com a usuari, mitjan\u00e7ant t\u00e8cniques de bloqueig de prove\u00efdors. Aquestes t\u00e8cniques impedeixen molt sovint que la informaci\u00f3 generada sigui transferida\/compartida amb altres programaris, de manera que tamb\u00e9 es pugui incorporar als processos que aquest \u00faltim representa. Aix\u00f2, al seu torn, fa que les persones superin manualment la bretxa entre diferents solucions de programari. Un exemple: la poca interoperabilitat del calendari amb el correu electr\u00f2nic fa que la gent passi hores de la seva jornada laboral organitzant reunions en funci\u00f3 de les sol\u00b7licituds rebudes per correu electr\u00f2nic. Aquestes tasques manuals i repetitives comporten problemes en diverses dimensions: reducci\u00f3 de la productivitat, augment de riscos i errors, tasques repetitives de baix nivell i amb poc impacte en el negoci, entre moltes altres. Existeixen molts altres exemples, que suposen un aut\u00e8ntic llast en el dia a dia dels professionals, tant si lideren equips de centenars de persones, com si lideren equips de tres.<\/p><p>Les grans organitzacions poden mitigar el problema de la productivitat incorporant recursos: departaments inform\u00e0tics dedicats a la prestaci\u00f3 de serveis interns, o subcontractaci\u00f3 a grans consultories tecnol\u00f2giques que proporcionen solucions a mida. Sovint, les persones que realitzen aquesta digitalitzaci\u00f3 dels processos manuals no parteixen de zero, sin\u00f3 que basen els seus serveis en la tecnologia d&#8217;integraci\u00f3 i automatitzaci\u00f3 ja disponible al mercat. Per exemple, les suites BPM (Business Process Management) poden ajudar a automatitzar processos sencers dins de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, especialment si inclouen persones que han de validar passos espec\u00edfics del proc\u00e9s. D&#8217;altra banda, quan es vol connectar diferents programaris mitjan\u00e7ant API (Application Programming Interface), \u00e9s millor utilitzar tecnologies d&#8217;integraci\u00f3 com Zapier o IFTTT. Qualsevol d&#8217;aquestes tecnologies requereix un alt nivell de coneixements t\u00e8cnics, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 a l&#8217;abast dels responsables de la transformaci\u00f3 digital de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><h3>Barreres a l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 de processos a les pimes<\/h3><p>Tanmateix, el cas de les pimes \u00e9s extrem, combinant situacions adverses en tres dimensions:<\/p><ol type=\"1\"><li>Poca gent per fer la feina<\/li><li>Persones en general amb baixes compet\u00e8ncies tecnol\u00f2giques<\/li><li>Pocs recursos econ\u00f2mics per resoldre el problema<\/li><\/ol><p>Tot aix\u00f2 representa una gran barrera per integrar i automatitzar processos com poden fer les grans organitzacions, en destinar recursos per a aquesta finalitat. La situaci\u00f3 actual a Europa, on menys de la meitat de les pimes nom\u00e9s assoleixen un nivell b\u00e0sic de digitalitzaci\u00f3, del qual queda totalment exclosa l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 i la integraci\u00f3 de processos, no \u00e9s per tant una sorpresa. En altres paraules: els exemples de tecnologia esmentats anteriorment que permeten que aplicacions de diferents fonts &#8220;parlin&#8221; i interactu\u00efn entre elles (suites BPM o tecnologies d&#8217;integraci\u00f3), que s\u00f3n habituals a les grans organitzacions.<\/p><h3>La tecnologia al rescat de les pimes<\/h3><p>La soluci\u00f3 passa per empoderar les persones. Tan senzill i tan complicat com aix\u00f2. Augmentant les seves capacitats, \u00e9s possible arribar al mateix dest\u00ed (en el nostre cas, la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de processos manuals i repetitius) independentment del punt de partida, \u00e9s a dir, de les seves habilitats tecnol\u00f2giques. La situaci\u00f3 ideal seria que la tecnologia faci la part complicada, i que les persones que han d&#8217;utilitzar aquesta tecnologia nom\u00e9s han de comunicar all\u00f2 que volen automatitzar. Una comprensi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta idea \u00e9s utilitzar una interf\u00edcie de conversa, \u00e9s a dir, una amb la qual l&#8217;usuari pugui expressar-se mitjan\u00e7ant frases en el seu propi idioma:<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4036 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2022-12-21-a-les-13.56.48-1024x384.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"391\" \/><\/figure><p>En aquesta tecnologia, una sessi\u00f3 amb l&#8217;assistent d&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s per a l&#8217;usuari similar a un di\u00e0leg amb un expert. En aquest di\u00e0leg, el sistema assisteix a la persona en funci\u00f3 de la intenci\u00f3 que comunica. Si seguim amb l&#8217;exemple del correu electr\u00f2nic i el calendari, l&#8217;usuari podria descriure els passos a automatitzar en seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia. Per exemple, la descripci\u00f3 del primer pas podria ser:<\/p><p>&#8220;Cada cop rebo un correu electr\u00f2nic amb el t\u00edtol &#8220;Proposta comercial&#8221; i amb un pdf adjunt.&#8221;<\/p><p>A partir d&#8217;aquesta frase, l&#8217;assistent buscar\u00e0 la tecnologia que millor implementi la intenci\u00f3 expressada de l&#8217;usuari i procedir\u00e0 a utilitzar-la per configurar el primer pas del proc\u00e9s.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"648\" class=\"wp-image-3506\" src=\"https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3-1024x648.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3-1024x648.png 1024w, https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3-768x486.png 768w, https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3-1536x971.png 1536w, https:\/\/processtalks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/img3.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><p>Com es pot veure a la imatge, no nom\u00e9s s&#8217;extreu la informaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que es fa la connexi\u00f3 per mostrar amb dades reals la possible activaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s. A l&#8217;exemple es mostren els \u00faltims correus electr\u00f2nics rebuts al compte connectat que compleixen les condicions comunicades inicialment per l&#8217;usuari.<\/p><p>Des del punt de vista de l&#8217;usuari, nom\u00e9s s&#8217;ha pronunciat una frase. Tanmateix, des de la comprensi\u00f3 fins a la connexi\u00f3 al servidor de correu, s&#8217;ha produ\u00eft una cascada d&#8217;efectes t\u00e8cnics que no han requerit la intervenci\u00f3 humana. D&#8217;aquesta manera la tecnologia pot eliminar les barreres a l&#8217;\u00fas de tecnologies avan\u00e7ades per part de persones amb poques habilitats tecnol\u00f2giques.<\/p><p>Un cop definits els passos del proc\u00e9s (en el nostre exemple, 3 passos), l&#8217;\u00fanic que queda per fer \u00e9s desplegar-lo.
